Motion Capture
For this assignment, we were given the leisure to experiment and explore whatever we wanted to know and accomplish. I wanted to find out how to apply motion capture data to custom rigs made from scratch. It took me a couple of failed attempts before I succeeded in applying the body motion data. The creature I made is a part-human and part-tuatara proper binomial nomenclature called Therosquamatus novazealandiae which means ‘scaly beast of New Zealand’.
