‘Box Lift’ Assignment
Animation
In this assignment, our task was to animate a character lift an object. I chose a suitcase because although simple, the handle of the case would give me more to practice on when animating, rather than just having a character to lift a box. The rigs were from Long Winter Studios, but the assets and the scenes were built from scratch. The buildings featured in the short are from a portion of Auckland's Federal and other surrounding streets. I modeled these edifices during my first year of university back in 2016.
