Contribution to work: 3D Generalist
Partnering with my friend Sean, our task was to create two animation sequences of a character doing NZ sign language. My contribution to this project as a 3D generalist was, designing the prototype character, rigging the body, constructing half of the facial blendshapes, refining the look of the character and animating the character doing sign language. We were both responsible for creating Kara's first prototype character Niko, which was shown at a important presentation in front of the National Deaf Education Centre and the Ministry of Education.
